1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, damaged, or without original packaging.

2. Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for NEFT refund.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back. In case of damaged or wrong products, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, customized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
